False application

At first glance one would expect this to be what seems to be a wireless keyboard app that your phone may control the iPad but its the complete opposite its a load of rubbish "net explorer" that so full of advertising and probably sniffing background software I wanted something to control my key board wirelessly and this is not what I expected. I want my cash back!!! How do we report this app???
